We offer our customers competitive prices and we always complete the work on time, as we are able to accurately estimate how long it will take for laser engraving and the implementation of the task.

When you choose laser engraving, you choose durability, precision and high quality. However, not every material is ideally suited for such processing (for example, due to impurities in it), so our team will carry out an accurate assessment of that material to avoid a potentially low-quality work result.

LASER ENGRAVING

EXCEPTIONAL PRECISION

Laser engraving often becomes the choice of people looking for original, one-of-a-kind gift ideas, but it is far from the only purpose of engraving. Many different materials can be used for this work, and the engraved design, text or logo can be of different dimensions, from large to the smallest drawings or inscriptions.

Laser engraving is characterized by extreme precision, so small details engraved with a hot beam will look flawless on the surface of any material.

Laser engraving – how does it work?

With the help of modern technologies, laser engraving can be performed extremely accurately – by controlling the entire engraving process with a computer, any image in digital format can be easily rendered. And it doesn’t matter at all whether the engraved inscription or drawing is small, full of details, or large.

A logo, text or any other graphic image rendered with great accuracy, clarity and integrity will last a long time. We are not exaggerating when we say this – laser engraving is often considered a work that lasts forever.

How does the laser engraving process work?

In general, engraving could be described as removing the top layer of a material. A focused high-power laser beam eliminates the surface area of the product. When the top layer of the product is removed, the etched surface changes structure and, depending on the material, it usually becomes darker.

Laser engraving proves once again how innovative laser technologies are – no other method is possible to carry out engraving work on so many different materials. The advantages of the laser are indisputable – the product processed by engraving does not heat up, it does not need to be kept compressed, so damage is avoided. Automated laser engraving also prevents work errors and inaccuracies, and the cost of large orders is significantly reduced.

Souvenirs, one-of-a-kind, business gifts, logos, greetings, award plaques, various work tools – engraving can be chosen for various reasons. The most important thing is to find out exactly whether the material is suitable for such processing before engraving. However, you can safely leave this work to us – by carefully evaluating the material chosen for engraving, we will help you avoid a poor quality work result.

ENGRAVING ON METAL

UNIQUE WAY OF SURFACE PROCESSING

Almost all metals can be chosen for engraving metal products of various purposes, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, gold and silver. Engraving on metal looks extremely delicate and elegant. The picture engraved on the metal surface is long-lasting, and its color and shade depends on the metal surface, type and power of the laser beam.

Stainless steel or ordinary steel is the most suitable for engraving, because the result obtained is the highest quality.

Since engraving on metal is characterized by precision and extremely high quality, even extremely small inscriptions, symbols or graphic images can be engraved. All you have to do is use your imagination and tell us your needs – we will take care of the rest.

After engraving the surface of the product, it immediately acquires individuality and uniqueness, this is why metal engraving is often chosen to beautify gifts. We can engrave various business gifts, souvenirs, locks, greeting boards, medals, watches, thermoses, cups or drinking glasses, key chains, pens, lighters, various work tools.

True, it isn‘t recommended to engrave a varnished metal surface, so that the varnish doesn‘t crumble during engraving. The surface on which the engraving is done must also be smooth.

When choosing a product, it is a good idea to do an engraving test first to be one hundred percent sure that the quality of the selected metal will not be damaged during engraving. We are warning you because currently impurities such as chromium are often added to metal products, which, reacting with the laser beam, may not give the desired engraving result.

Let the LITPOLSTAR team take care of this precise work and we will prove that we have been working in this field for more than 20 years for a reason.

ENGRAVING ON GLASS

WHAT IS IT WORTH PAYING ATTENTION TO?

Engraving on glass is very popular (especially when looking for a unique gift), and quality work will last a long time.

During engraving, the structural properties of the surface of the material are affected by laser beams, and with the help of modern technologies, the image becomes so clear during the process that even a very small picture and text can be accurately engraved.

Glass is not very durable, so it is important to note that it is better not to choose thin glass products for engraving. Perhaps it is obvious, but the quality and result of the engraving depends greatly on the quality of the glass.

The engraved inscription or picture on the glass becomes matte, so it is better not to choose glass that is already matte for engraving, unless such glass is colored. In any case, before preparing to engrave a piece of glass, make sure that it is suitable for this process. Otherwise, you may not be happy with the result, but disappointed with a damaged product.

Glass engraving also allows you to get a three-dimensional (3D) image, but how deep the engraved symbol or inscription will be depends on the chosen product and the material from which it is made. Although deep engraving is suitable for various materials, this method is more often used for engraving wood and metal products.

With LITPOLSTAR you can easily turn any glass product into a unique product.
