IMPLEMENTATION OF ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PRODUCTION DIGITALIZATION PROCESS OF JSC “LITPOLSTAR”

JSC “Litpolstar” is a company operating in accordance with EVRK 2nd rev. manufacture of other plastic products (class 22.29). A more precise description of production is injection molding of plastic products, plastic cutting, laser engraving, folding, gluing, crimping, cutting, CNC cutting and engraving, production of non-standard products made of plastic using metal and wood components. The company, which is constantly investing in new technologies, is currently implementing the project “Robotics technology implementation in the digitization process of JSC “Litpolstar” production”, project no. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-01-0043. The project is implemented under the measure “Digitalization of Industry LT”, partially financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Up to EUR 117,800.00 of financing funds have been allocated for the implementation of the project to pay eligible expenses. During the implementation of the project, the company plans to install a robotic work center, which will consist of two robots and auxiliary systems that ensure the optimal functioning of the robots. After the implementation of the project, the growth of the production of assembled plastic products, as well as the further improvement of production – technological processes, will ensure the satisfaction of the demand for these products. The implementation of the project will create conditions for the continuous improvement of the company’s performance and productivity, which is a necessary condition for the sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company, which will create direct benefits for the company many years after the implementation of the project. The equipped digitized robotic work center will allow the company to produce products more efficiently, with lower costs, thus increasing its competitiveness both in the local and international markets.
